Code of Conduct

TV SERIES FESTIVAL, as a festival & platform with its program and channels

TV SERIES FESTIVAL

BISS (Conferences & Talent Hub)

PANDA (Immersive Media & Education)

help creative people achieve their goals. One way we do this is by serving as a platform for engaging, thought-provoking conversations and experiences around TV Culture, music & art, Web.3 , and the prestigious BERLIN SERIES Awards for the hottest and fresh and established talents.

However, TV SERIES FESTIVAL  is not a place for behavior that is inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, abusive, or illegal. TV SERIES FESTIVAL  defines inappropriate behavior as that which undermines the spirit of BERLIN SERIES, including any form of written, verbal or physical abuse or threats, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which may violate any local, state or federal laws or cause harm to another  TV SERIES FESTIVAL participant before, during or after our events, whether in-person in Berlin, Germany or at on-line events, via the TV SERIES FESTIVAL app, through social media channels, or while engaging in any online aspect of the events, or any other method of communication.

TV SERIES FESTIVAL may take action in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

During in-person events we expect that all attendees of our events follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene and identified pandemic level communicable illnesses (including COVID-19), including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Please contact mail@tvseriesfestival.com if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and TV SERIES FESTIVAL will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Notifying us,  does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All suspected violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 1-1-0.  For non-emergencies, the Berlin Police Department is available at (030) 4664-4664 (>>Bürgertelefon)
